As one of the largest star in the universe starts to come to an end, it has already spewed out 100 solar masses in a giant nebula. The star is more than 250 times larger than the sun and 50 million times brighter. When its life finally comes to a halt everything within several lightyears will be eradicated.
I think this one turned out nicely, sorry for not having submitted files in a long time.
Original resolution is 6144*4096px, it was resized and also sharpened before submitted here.
Awesome but I will suggest to blend the biggest star in the middle better. There is something that bothers my eyes. And you could cut the picture to the red line and remove it because It doesn't look very good. Anyway the neb is brilliant
Thank you for the critique. Yes, I didn't work too much on this image, the star in the middle is too spiky, and yeah, color burn might not be the optimal blending mode for that star. The outer line might be too pronounced, lowering its opacity to perhaps 50% and/or making it darker would be adequate. I did not spend that much time on the background starfield aswell, it should be colorized and have a glow effect to it.
