In a few trillion years, most matter in the space will have been converted to heavier elements, predominantly iron isotopes, but also a wealth of other elements, such as gold, platinum, and fissionable material like plutonium and uranium. If enough accumulate in a single body, the critical mass will easily be reached and a stable fission reaction might happen.
Just finished this one. I think it came out quite nicely. Original resolution: 8192x7168 pixels.

EDIT: Made some pretty substantial improvements on this one.
