I think Andromeda is due here in about 2 billions years actually. Same time frame as yours. It might actually look like that in the sky for a while.

This is so amazing!
I have a question about your work, how do you do extremely close up planets? Like the one in the foreground? Whenever I try it the texture gets blurry, how are yours so sharp and crisp? :)

I use perspective distortion together with twirl on the arc setting. If you spherize it gets blurry.
