Beyond the Frontier: Centre of Power

My first submission in a long time, aside from the updates I recently made on a few older pieces.
The picture is supposed to be somewhat reminiscent of a Wolf-Rayet star coming to an end. A Wolf-Rayet star is a massive star that has a surface temperature perhaps 10x that of the sun's. These stars are very short-lived and have extremely powerful stellar winds, which is why they are relatively rare.
Lots of fractals in this one, 6000x9600 pixels, and there is still room for improvement.

Update: Fixed some things, and added more detail. Just in time before the competition ends... .PSB size is huge, 10.9 GiB.

Looks great. :-)
Just one thing caught my eye: the planet in the upper left corner is blue, even though the light that's hitting it is red. (Same for the planet on the right).
